I've sold shirts from my website before, and with relative success. To subject truth to numbers, I've had three printings of the Gandhi shirts, and running up to each of these three printings was a so-called pre-order period of about one month. Each priting saw the sale of anywhere from 15 to 30 shirts. That's just one shirt! I know for a fact that some websites are lucky to sell three of one kind of shirt per month, much less 15. That's not damn bad!
To be fair, I scored a good number of sales by simply handing flyers to my friends and asking them to hand them out. In any case, the demand was there.
But now I am in Germany, and I have no opportunities to go through the long and difficult process of producing shirts. That's where you come in.
I am looking for a US or Canadian based t-shirt company that would be willing to print and sell my t-shirt designs. I am not, in any way, trying to sell the rights to my t-shirt designs, only the rights to print and sell those designs. I am looking for a company that sells ONLY sweatshop-free clothing, and one that preferably sells organic wear.
